KASHI ART CAFE - Art, coffee & conversation.

Kashi Art Café draw the attention of me because of its awesome ambience and good food. Located at Burger Street near Delta Study School, this café is open every day from 8:30 am to 10 pm. Breakfast and evening hours are the best time to come and try some of the main dishes here like Spinach Mushroom Cheese Omelets, French Toast, and Fresh Sprout Salad(my favourite)😊 You must try this..

Decorated in a classy style, Kashi Art Café has an exhibition room for paintings and sculptors. These contemporary art works are changed once in two months’ time. After browsing through them you can enter the dining area and find that the wonders offered by this restaurant do not end just with a few pictures.

They have two spacious dining areas. The first one a Kerala style small hall with an open ceiling and space in the middle filled with gravel and surrounded by concrete tables and benches. The second dining area is set in a semi-open space decked up with sleek furniture. Potted plants kept inside give this café a close-to-nature feel.

Burger Street where Kashi Art Café is located is a narrow stretch just after Delta Study School on Tower Road. This restaurant has no parking lot of its own but you can park your vehicle near the Nehru Park and from there walk up to the café which is in close proximity. A saunter through the beautiful streets of Fort Kochi is an awesome experience. This is why none of the patrons really complain about this brisk walk.

People usually throng this restaurant during the morning breakfast to have the varieties of omelette available here with different fillings and toppings. This all-day dish is served with brown bread, cheese and fruits. ‘Spinach Mushroom Cheese Omelette’ is a must-try item from their menu. ‘French Toast’ is a breakfast item much in demand here. Brown bread dipped in beaten eggs is shallow fried and served along with honey and varieties of fresh fruits.

The different types of coffee, beverages, cakes and pastries are also quite famous among the patrons and tourists visiting this café.Though the main customers at this restaurant are foreigners who come to see Fort Kochi, there is a steady rise in the local people coming here during weekends.

The fresh and contemporary look of Kashi Art Café s is what attracts you to this place. The service by well-informed and friendly waiters is also appreciable. In brief, this place offers you a fine dine-in experience that you will cherish for a long time.

Tips for Making Better Black and White Portraits

Black and white is a powerful and expressive medium for portraiture. The absence of color seems to allow us to see deeper into the soul and reveals the model’s character. Black and white portraits often have a timeless quality that adds to the expressiveness of the portrait. But working in black and white is challenging because you have to learn to see in what’s essentially a new medium. 1. Composition is incredibly important Black and white tests your ability as a photographer. You can no longer rely on color to carry the photo if the composition is not as strong as it could be. The two most important elements of a black and white portrait are tonal contrast and texture. 2. Keep the composition as simple as possible Black and white is a form of simplification because it removes color from the scene. Keep the theme of simplicity going when it comes to composition and lighting. All of the photos you see in this article were taken in natural light , sometimes with

True Candids

Candid photography is all about understanding and capture unplanned moments of someone’s emotions, be it cheerfulness or tears. The skill you’ll want to develop as a photographer is the ability to take notice and observe. Photographers will look far and wide, over the crowds and through the landscape looking for that one in a million shot. Having a camera ready is essential. Taking shots of friends and family can be tough because they are most likely aware of you and what you’re doing and therefore they become distracted. If you want to get good shots of your friends, the focus has to be on something else other than the camera. Get them talking about something that they like. Your goal for doing this is to try to get them to forget you’re carrying a camera.  One issue that you’ll have to deal with is having a balance between those who love to have their picture taken and those who are shy. Considering they’re your friends and you know them well, you’ll be able to decide wh
